Our Story
Let’s rewind to October 2021…One beautiful day, it dawned on us that we should organize a coach meet-up in person.
After the pandemic, we were so eager to meet outside of a Zoom conference in real life. And the reason was simple: we wanted to give hope. You see, every coach we knew believed that we could build a better world through coaching.
So we decided to head to the picturesque little town of Sitges, Spain, in March 2022.
Surprisingly, it was a rainy day in Sitges. But that didn’t stop us from organizing our very first Coach Meetup. They say all you need is a wish, right?
So…we were excited to meet other coaches from all over Europe and become inspired by each other’s work. Little did we know that this day would be significant for us.
Not only did we build supportive and meaningful relationships… But we also realized that many coaches were afraid of failure and couldn’t grow their businesses because they lacked proper support and knowledge.
They were so hung up on the idea of being good at “everything:” marketing, sales, finance, etc. In the end, they lacked energy, effort, and time because they tried to do it all by themselves.
That’s why we felt called to step up and help coaches find their footing in the entrepreneurial world and not give up on their dream careers.
And that’s how the Coach Incubator was born.
